About...

Begun in 2003, The Americana Roots Ramble is presented in April and features a diverse variety of American Roots Music: from Early Rock & Roll and Rockabilly to Folk, Swing and Alternative Country. Acts are presented in over 20 indoor venues.  This year's lineup once again includes CHARLIE GRACIE!

People Get Ready: The 2016 Peace Train Tour Across America - Diverse Voices Singing in Harmony - get onboard! Roots Ramble performer Sharon Katz and The 2016 Peace Train will begin with concerts in Ferguson and St. Louis on July 7 - is then scheduled to visit Chicago, Toledo, Cleveland, Rochester, Syracuse, Utica, Albany, NYC, Jersey City, Trenton, Philly, Wilmington, Baltimore, Frederick, and end in Washington, DC on July 18, Nelson Mandela's Birthday. The 2016 Peace Train will include a 100 Voice Multicultural Youth Choir from across America; and a ten-piece band led by Sharon. The project's purpose is to inspire people to reexamine the issues dividing Americans - and do something constructive about improving human relations and social justice. getonthepeacetrain@gmail.com
